Your Emergency is Priority for Us
Emergency medical services (EMS) / ambulance services
Our Emergency Service provides urgent pre-hospital treatment and stabilization for serious illness and injuries ranging from stroke and cardiac events to snake bites and others.
We strive to be an extension of your primary care doctor and partner with them to ensure open communication regarding your treatment.
When should you Call our Emergency Services:
You think you need urgent attention, CALL US. No need to panic. Let our expert team of doctors and nurses asses and assist. The quicker a doctor’s team attends to your condition, the better are your chances of recovery and survival.
Sometimes, it’s obvious when to head to the emergency room, but at other times, it can be more difficult to tell.
- In the case of life-threatening emergencies such as accidents, cardiac events, stroke etc. – Call immediately to increase your chances of survival and recovery
- If you have a serious but non-life threatening condition, such as a laceration, fracture, fever or vomiting – call us for immediate relief
What happens when you call us:
- Our team of Nurses and Doctors connect with you Immediately via Tele / video call and triage and diagnose while the Ambulance is on the way.
- When EMS / an ambulance is dispatched, they will take over medical care upon arrival on scene under the supervision of the Doctors team.
- Our medical team’s priority, after your initial call, is to stabilize the patient and if possible, avert an emergency - all in the comfort of your home. However, If it is deemed necessary or if the patient requests transport to a hospital, the unit is then tasked with transferring the patient to the next point of care, typically an emergency department of a hospital.
- We provide on-site medical coverage for various events and activities throughout the community.
